Feature
Component prices
Checking a price on one part takes a minute. Checking a price and stock on two hundred, across more than one distributor, takes an afternoon of tab-switching. chip.parts runs the whole list at once and hands back one sheet with price, stock, and a source per line.

Process
One list, every distributor
- 1
Submit part numbers
Paste or upload the MPNs you need pricing for. A quote request, a re-order list, or a full BOM all work the same way.
- 2
Distributor lookup
chip.parts checks each part across DigiKey, Mouser, and other distributors that stock it, matching the exact manufacturer part number rather than a near-equivalent.
- 3
Live progress
Price and stock come back as they're found, so a long list doesn't leave you staring at a blank page — you can start reviewing the first results while the rest are still coming in.
- 4
Export
Download the results as an Excel sheet with price, stock, and source distributor on every line, ready for a quote comparison or a purchase order.
Not every part has stock or a listed price at every distributor at the time of the check — availability shifts constantly. Where that happens, chip.parts reports it plainly rather than substituting a stale or unrelated figure, so the gap is visible instead of hidden in the sheet.
Distributors also price the same part differently depending on quantity breaks and region, so a single "price" is rarely the whole answer. chip.parts returns what each distributor actually lists for the part at the time of the check, rather than collapsing everything to one number — the comparison across sources is the point, not a single averaged figure.
